Maple and cinnamon pears:
quarter the pears and place in a baking dish. Splash with a little maple and sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook for approx 45 mins to 1 hour ( or until golden brown) on 170 degrees.
Granola:
Mix together 2 cups of a combination of: seeds, oats, nuts, coconut etc. I used almonds, puffed quinoa, macadamias, pepitas, coconut and sun flower seeds and a good sprinkle of cinnamon. Mix in 3 or 4 table spoons of maple syrup until all the mixture has been coated. Spread the mix on a baking tray and grill until golden brown. DO NOT take your eyes off it, it will burn very quickly… Turn the grill down to low and toast evenly by turning the mixture a few times.
