Talk about a seriously easy and delicious snack or garnish for a salad. Spicy fried chickpeas!

chick peas 2 chick peas 3 chick peas
Spice of your choice
Some canned chickpeas ( well rinsed)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for frying.
After rinsing your chickpeas ( 2 x 400g cans), sprinkle of spice mix and salt and pepper.
Heat some olive oil in a pan around medium heat, add the chickpeas and fry for approx 10 or so minutes. You need to regularly give them a shake to stop them burning.
