My 84 year old dad has been eating fermented food all his life. He still loves making different batches and experimenting with what ever is in season. This week it was fermented green beans.

Ingredients:
Lightly blanched green bean. – make sure still crunchy.
1 tsp white vinegar
Salt brine to fill a jar.

Add all the ingredients to a jar let sit for a few days then enjoy.
