Bought a box of mangoes yesterday from the fruit shop – there were a few very ripe ones so decided to use them in the overnight oats.  So yum!


1 mango purée
1 cup almond milk or milk of your choice
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup chia seeds
2/3 cup of oats or muesli
1 tips maple syrup optional

Mix in a bowl all the ingredients then place in a jar, bowl or cup and place in the fridge till set. (Last 3 days in the fridge)
