This is the simplest comfort food out and so easy to make not to mention healthy as well.

ingredients:

  • 2-3 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • salt (optional)
  • 1/4 plain yoghurt
  • 1 Tbs chopped chives
  • 1 crushed garlic

instrctions:

  1. Cut the sweet potatoes into chip shapes
  2. coat with coconut oil and a sprinkling of salt (optional)
  3. bake on flat tray for 20-25 minutes
  4.  make aioli by combining yoghurt, garlic and chives
  5. serve hot
