Made this pizza dough from flax seed that I blended to a course flour, added some Parmesan cheese and eggs. Made a firm dough that you could easily pick up with no sagging. Real nutty taste but got the thumbs up from the family – will definitely make again as so quick and super easy.
I topped it with roasted pumpkin, zucchini, eggplant and tomato. But you can add any of your favourite toppings.
