A simple but filling breakfast idea shared by Hanna.

ingredients:

  • Can of tomatoes
  • Dice onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • seasoning
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup feta
  • handful of basil

Crack carefully into the sauce.

  1. Pre heat oven at 180 degrees
  2. Fry up onion and garlic in a skillet that can be popped into the oven
  3. Add can of tomatoes, simmer for 5 mins.
  4. Add the basil leaves
  5. Carefully crack the eggs into the sauce and leave on stove top for 5 mins
  6. Place in oven for 8-12 mins depending on how hard you like the poached eggs.
