A simple but filling breakfast idea shared by Hanna.
- Can of tomatoes
- Dice onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup feta
- handful of basil
- Pre heat oven at 180 degrees
- Fry up onion and garlic in a skillet that can be popped into the oven
- Add can of tomatoes, simmer for 5 mins.
- Add the basil leaves
- Carefully crack the eggs into the sauce and leave on stove top for 5 mins
- Place in oven for 8-12 mins depending on how hard you like the poached eggs.
