When you are craving a quick comfort meal that can be whipped up quick.
Ingredients:

  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1/2 sliced capsicum
  • 3-4 kale leaves
  • 1/2 can cannelloni beans
  • handful baby spinach

Warm salad

Fried up some onion and garlic, added capsicum, kale, salt and pepper. Added some cannelloni beans. Just before serving added a handful of baby spinach. Quick warm lunch done.
