“I used my left of stock from last nights dinner to add some great flavour. When the quinoa was cooked I added a little organic corn flour to bring it all together. A sprinkling of Parmesan on top to finish!
Verdict: I thought it was delicious but the kids found it a bit seedy, we all agreed the flavour was great. Next time I will do a mixture of rices and quinoa to please the whole family.”
